New Mexico Statutes § 1-12-6 Conduct of election; memoranda of actions or omissions

Statute Text

Any member of the precinct board [election board] may in the polling place make written memoranda and preserve them for future reference. The memoranda may concern any action or omission on the part of any person charged with a duty under the Election Code [Chapter 1 NMSA 1978].
