New Mexico Statutes § 1-15-22 Expiring term and next succeeding term; filing fee

Notwithstanding any of the provisions of the Primary Election Law [
1-8-10
to
1-8-52
NMSA 1978], a candidate for both the expiring term and the next succeeding term of the same office shall pay only the fee required of a candidate for the office for one full term of such office.
