New Mexico Statutes § 1-24-1.1 Definition
Statute Text
As used in the Special Election Act, "local public body" means:
A.
a county;
B.
a local government subject to the Local Election Act [Chapter 1, Article 22 NMSA 1978]; or
C.
a special district not subject to the Local Election Act.
