New York Regulations § 551.4 Fees
Regulation Text
(a)
Unless otherwise prescribed by statute, there shall be no fee charged for:
(1)
inspection of records;
(2)
search for records; or
(3)
any certification pursuant to this Subpart.
(b)
Unless otherwise prescribed by statute, copies of records will be furnished upon payment of the fee prescribed by section
87
of the Public Officers Law.
