(a)
In addition to those agencies, departments, divisions, and offices which have been specifically set forth in Election Law, sections
5-211
and
5-212
, those private offices and agencies which receive public funds from State agencies primarily providing services to persons with disabilities shall be subject to the provisions of these regulations.
(b)
Such specified agencies shall submit updated lists of such private offices and agencies to the State Board of Elections.
