New York Regulations § 9977.10 Adjournments
Regulation Text
(a)
Adjournment of any hearing or proceeding conducted pursuant to these rules shall be granted only for good cause.
(b)
Written requests for adjournment shall be submitted to the hearing officer in the hearing or proceeding for which the adjournment is sought. The request must be accompanied by an affidavit which contains sufficient detail to allow the hearing officer to rule on the request.
