Effective Until 1/1/2024

Any military voter may vote by absentee ballot rather than military ballot provided that he complies with the provisions of this chapter relating thereto.

Effective Starting 1/1/2024

Any military voter may vote by early mail ballot or absentee ballot rather than military ballot provided that he complies with the provisions of this chapter relating thereto.
