New York Statutes § 10-122 Military voter; early mail or absentee ballot, right to
Statute Text
Any military voter may vote by
early mail ballot or
absentee ballot rather than military ballot provided that he complies with the provisions of this chapter relating thereto.

Amended by New York Laws 2023 , ch. 481 , Sec. 23 , eff. 1/1/2024 , op. to any general, primary, run-off primary, or special election held after 1/1/2024 .
