New York Statutes § 6-100 Nominations and designations; generally
Statute Text
Nomination and designation of candidates for election to public office or party position are governed by this article.

Amended by New York Laws 2019 , ch. 55 , Sec. CCC-3 , eff. 4/12/2021 or five days after the date of certification by the state board of elections that the information technology infrastructure to substantially implement this act is functional .
