OPINION

RE: Absent Voters' Ballots - Printing

Pursuant to your letter request of February 19, 1958, for an interpretation of section 16-1803 of the 1957 Supplement to the North Dakota Revised Code of 1943, please be advised that it is the opinion of the attorney general's office that the words "absent voter ballot" should appear on the face of such ballots in order that they may be identified as such, though in other respects they will be identical to the regular ballots.
