North Dakota Statutes § 16.1-13-25 Elector may write name on ballot - Counting

The provisions of this title do not prevent any elector from writing on the paper ballot or entering by touchscreen or other data entry device, the name of any individual for whom the elector desires to vote, and the vote must be counted according to the provisions for the counting of write-in votes found in section
16.1-15-01.1
