The following schedule is set for the filing of the answer, briefs and evidence: Respondent shall file an answer to the complaint within five days from the date of service of the summons, relator shall file his brief and evidence within ten days from the date of filing of respondent's answer, respondent shall file its brief and evidence within ten days from the date of filing of relator's brief, and relator shall file his reply brief within five days from the date of filing of respondent's brief.
