In Prohibition. The hearing regarding relator scheduled for August 7, 2020, before the Trumbull County Board of Elections is sua sponte temporarily stayed pending resolution of this action. Respondent shall file a response to the complaint no later than Monday, August 10, 2020, and this cause shall proceed as an expedited election case pursuant to S.Ct.Prac.R. 12.08.
