MOTION AND PROCEDURAL RULINGS

In Mandamus. Sua sponte, the following schedule is set for filing of the answer, briefs, and evidence: Respondent shall file an answer to the complaint by Friday, March 19, 2021; relator shall file a brief and evidence no later than Monday, March 22, 2021; respondent shall file a brief and evidence no later than Wednesday, March 24, 2021; and relator shall file a reply brief no later than Friday, March 26, 2021 by 12:00 p.m. No requests or stipulations for extension of time shall be filed, and the clerk of the court shall refuse to file any requests or stipulations for extension of time. All documents in this case shall be served as specified by S.Ct.Prac.R. 12.08(C).
