MOTION AND PROCEDURAL RULING
On relator's motion for extension. Motion granted. Time for filing relator's merit brief extended to April 5, 2021.
Respondent's motion for protective order denied in part and granted in part. The deposition of Secretary of State Frank LaRose taken by relator shall be limited to two hours, with respondent's counsel allowed an additional 30 minutes of examination if needed. The deposition of Director of Elections Amanda Grandjean taken by relator shall be limited to one hour, with Grandjean's counsel allowed an additional 15 minutes of examination. The depositions shall occur within five days at the secretary of state's conference room or a location of his choice.
Kennedy, Donnelly, and Brunner, JJ., would deny the motion for protective order.
