Ohio Regulations § 3517-1-07 Pleadings and Motions

(A)
Unless otherwise permitted or required by these rules, pleadings and motions shall conform to Ohio Civil Rules 7; 8(A)-(F) and (H); 9(A)-(F); 10; 11; 12; 13(A) and (E)-(H); 14; 15(A-(D); 16(1), (2), (4), (5), (7)-(10) and last paragraph. Upon application to and approval of staff attorney to the commission, permissive joinder pursuant to Ohio Civil Rule 13(B) may be allowed.
(B)
Staff attorney to the commission may, in the sole discretion of the staff attorney, consolidate cases involving substantially similar parties and issues.
