(A)
(1)
Except as otherwise provided in
division (A)(2) of this
section

of the Revised Code or by state or federal law]

registration forms submitted by applicants and the statewide voter registration database established under section
3503.15
of the Revised Code

[inspection at all times when the office of the board of elections is open for business, under such regulations as the board adopts, provided that no person shall be permitted to inspect voter registration forms except in the presence of an employee of the board]

(2)
None of the following are subject to disclosure under division (A)(1) of this section:
(a)
An elector's full or partial social security number, driver's license or state identification card number, telephone number, or electronic mail address;
(b)
A confidential voter registration record, as described in section
111.44
of the Revised Code;
(c)
The address of a designated public service worker, if the designated public service worker has submitted a redaction request to the board of elections under section
149.45
of the Revised Code;
(d)
Any other information that is prohibited from being disclosed by state or federal law.
(B)
A board of elections may use a legible digitized signature list of voter signatures, copied from the signatures on the registration forms in a form and manner prescribed by the secretary of state, provided that the board includes the required voter registration information in the statewide voter registration database established under section
3503.15
of the Revised Code, and provided that the precinct election officials have computer printouts at the polls prepared in the manner required under section
3503.23
of the Revised Code.
