Oklahoma Regulations § 230:10-3-35 No double compensation
Regulation Text
In no event may compensation for an Inspector, Judge or Clerk exceed the amount allowed by law for any election or elections conducted on a single day plus mileage. The foregoing applies to Inspectors, Judges and Clerks who serve both a precinct and a subprecinct.
