Up to Part 1: The County Election Board

From time to time, representatives of the State Election Board will visit the County Election Board office. The purpose of these visits is to inform and assist, in an effort to achieve uniformity in the administration of election laws. [26:3-109] The representative may be a member of the State Election Board staff or may be a Regional Coordinator. Regional Coordinators are County Election Board Secretaries, Assistant Secretaries under contract with the State Election Board to perform such services.
