Oklahoma Regulations § 230:15-5-105 Voter registration application services impartial and nonpartisan
Regulation Text
Voter registration application services shall be provided in an impartial and nonpartisan manner. Department of Public Safety and motor license agency personnel providing voter registration application services are advised not to do any of the following things.
(1)
Do not seek to influence an applicant's political affiliation or party registration.
(2)
Do not display any political preference or party allegiance.
(3)
Do not make any statement to an applicant or take any action the purpose or effect of which is to discourage the applicant from registering to vote.
