Oklahoma Regulations § 230:15-5-4 Exceptions for felony convictions
Regulation Text
(a)
A deferred sentence is not considered a conviction under Oklahoma law.
(b)
Persons who have been convicted of a felony, but who have received a full pardon and thus have been restored to full citizenship, may become registered voters provided they are otherwise qualified.
(c)
A convicted felon whose sentence is commuted is eligible to register to vote so long as the commutation results in the sentence being "fully served."
