Oklahoma Regulations § 230:15-5-73 All registration records public
Regulation Text
All voter registration records, except as specifically designated otherwise in federal or state law, must be available for public inspection and copying or mechanical reproduction during regular office hours. The Secretary shall cooperate with any individual or group wishing to inspect and copy the registration records, and a uniform policy shall be established so that such inspection and copying will not interfere with normal operations of the office. However, a voter's full or partial Oklahoma driver license number or Social Security number provided on a voter registration application form shall not be considered a public record and shall be kept confidential by the Secretary of the County Election Board. When a copy of an original voter registration application is made, the full or partial driver license number or Social Security number shall be redacted on the copy. [26:4-112; 51:24A.5] See
