Oklahoma Regulations § 230:15-5-85 Other information requested on applications for voter registration

In addition to the information required on an application for voter registration as outlined in
230:15-5-84
, other information is requested. This other information is optional and a voter's failure to provide the additional information shall not result in the rejection of the application if the application is determined to be valid in all other respects. The other, optional information shall include the applicant's former voter registration information, including former residence address, former name, and/or former political affiliation.
