Oklahoma Regulations § 230:25-13-5 Independent candidates
Regulation Text
(a)
The names of Independent candidates shall appear only on the General Election ballot.
(b)
Independent candidates shall be listed after all recognized political party candidates, with no party emblem. If there are two or more Independent candidates for an office, the order of the Independent candidates shall be determined by a drawing. See

The presidential electors for Independent candidates for President shall be listed on the ballot after the electors of all recognized political parties, all uncommitted electors, and all electors for unrecognized parties as outlined in
