Oklahoma Regulations § 230:35-3-132 Obtaining provisional ballot results
Regulation Text
After all the provisional ballots have been counted follow the steps outlined in
230:35-3-87
to obtain the final election results. Under no circumstances shall the results of the provisional ballot count be made public prior to 1 p.m. on Friday following the election.
