The Inspector conducts an inspection of the polling place before picking up the supplies and ballots for the election. The purpose of the inspection is to find out what fixtures and furnishings are available for the Precinct Officials to use and also to locate and make arrangements to use the nearest telephone on election day. The Inspector must report any potential problems with the polling place to the County Election Board Secretary.
