Oklahoma Regulations § 230:35-5-39 Violations of the law
Regulation Text
If Precinct Officials observe an election law being violated, it would be proper for the Inspector to inform the violator that his action is against the law. However, under no circumstances shall the Precinct OFFICIALS be involved in enforcement of the violations. If violators persist in their actions, the Inspector immediately shall notify the Secretary of the County Election Board.
