Oklahoma Regulations § 230:35-5-8 Authority of Inspector
Regulation Text
The Inspector is the administrative officer of the Precinct and is in charge of the operations of the polling place on election day. It is the Inspector's duty to receive election materials from the Secretary of the County Election Board and to ensure that the procedures contained in the Precinct Official Manual are followed correctly on election day. At times, the Inspector also may be responsible for relaying special instructions or new information from the County Election Board Secretary to the Judge and the Clerk.
