Oklahoma Regulations § 230:40-9-25 Certification of school union election results
Regulation Text
The County Election Board shall hold a special meeting the day after the school union election to canvass and certify the results to the Board of Education. Open meeting laws shall be observed. See

. Certification shall be typed on letterhead stationery and signed by the members of the County Election Board.
