Oklahoma Regulations § 230:45-3-16 Open Meeting Act applies
Regulation Text
Whenever the County Election Board meets to conduct a recount, that meeting is covered by the guidelines listed in the Oklahoma Open Meeting Act. The Secretary has the following responsibilities.
(1)
Notify the County Clerk of the meeting in the manner prescribed in
230:10-7-4
.
(2)
Provide notice to persons who have requested it as outlined in
230:10-7-5
.
(3)
Post an agenda in the manner prescribed in
230:10-7-7
.
(4)
Record minutes of the meeting in the manner prescribed in
230:10-7-15
.
