Regulation Text
(a)
Judge must notify Secretary.
In the event the presiding District Judge determines that it is impossible to determine the winner of an election, or the names that should appear on a Runoff Primary Election ballot, he shall notify the Secretary of the County Election Board. [26:8-122]
(b)
Secretary to notify Governor.
When the Secretary receives a notice from the presiding District Judge, as set forth in (a), he shall notify the Governor of the ruling in order that the Governor can call a new election. [26:8-122]
