Oklahoma Regulations § 230:45-7-2.1 Allegations of fraud or irregularities involving two or more counties

(a) Petitions filed with State Election Board. When a petition alleging fraud or irregularities in two or more counties in an election for a state, legislative, or Congressional office is filed with the Secretary of the State Election Board, the Secretary shall notify the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court shall assign a single judge to hear the petition and to determine the issue for all the counties affected by the petition. [26:8-121.1]
(b) Petitions filed with County Election Board. When a petition alleging fraud or irregularities in two or more counties in an election for a multi-county school district or municipality is filed with the Secretary of the parent County Election Board, the Secretary shall schedule the hearings for all the counties affected by the petition.
