Oregon Regulations § 165-001-0009 Definitions

Unless the context requires otherwise, the following definitions apply to this Division:
(1)
"Charging document" means any document issued by the Secretary of State, Elections Division stating that any person or government agency has violated the laws or rules within this Agency's jurisdiction.
(2)
"Agency" means Secretary of State, Elections Division and any employee thereof.
