(9)
, a person may not obtain signatures on a petition or prospective petition for which the person is being paid and, at the same time, obtain signatures on a petition or prospective petition for which the person is not being paid. For purposes of ORS
250.048
(9)
, "at the same time" means during any time period for which the person is being paid to circulate any petition or prospective petition. "At the same time" does not include any lunch or other break period for which a person is not paid to circulate any such petition, as reflected in the person's payroll records required to be submitted under OAR 165-014-0100.
