(1)
The Secretary of State by rule shall establish administrative complaint procedures that meet the requirements of the federal Help America Vote Act of 2002 (
P.L.
107-252
).
(2)
Complaints alleging violations of Title III of the federal Help America Vote Act of 2002 (
P.L.
107-252
) must be filed as provided in rules adopted under this section. Complaints alleging violations of Title III of the federal Help America Vote Act of 2002 (
P.L.
107-252
) may not be filed under ORS
