Statute Text
(1)
The Secretary of State, at the expense of the state, shall
[furnish]
make available
to the other filing officers copies of this chapter.
(2)
A filing officer shall
[deliver]
make available
a copy of this chapter to each candidate or person whom the officer has reason to believe is required to file a statement with the officer under ORS
