Pennsylvania Statutes § 1362 Qualifications of electors at borough elections
Statute Text
Every person entitled to vote for members of the general assembly, having resided in the borough six months immediately preceding the election, and within one year paid a borough tax, if such shall have been levied, shall be entitled to vote at the borough election.
