Pennsylvania Statutes § 229 When temporary voting place is established, assessor to sit at his residence

It shall be the duty of the assessor in all voting districts or precincts in this commonwealth, where temporary voting places are or may be established, to be present at his place of residence in said election district or precinct during the two secular days next preceding the day fixed by the third section of the act of May 29, 1891, being a supplement to the act of January 30, 1874, for returning the list to the county commissioners, from 10 A.M. to 3 P.M., and from 6 P.M. to 9 P.M., of each of said days, to perform all the duties as set forth in section two of the act of May 29, 1891, being a supplement to the act of January 30, 1874.
