Pennsylvania Statutes § 2731 Compensation for rent, heat and light
Statute Text
(a)
The county board of elections shall fix the compensation for rent, heat, light and janitorial services to be paid for the use of polling places other than public buildings for primaries and elections.
(b)
No compensation for rent, heat, water, custodial service, janitorial services, other services, or light shall be paid in the case of municipal buildings or rooms, or other public buildings used as polling places and as limited voter registration centers.
(c)
No compensation for rent, heat, water, or light shall be paid in the case of schoolhouses, but the county board of elections shall fix the compensation for custodial services and janitorial services for schoolhouses used as polling places or as limited voter registration centers.
