Pennsylvania Statutes § 2881 Primary election returns

Up to Nomination of Party Candidates at Primaries

Statute Text

The returns made by the district election officers of the votes cast at primaries shall be received by the respective county boards of election, and tabulated and computed by them, and their returns to the Secretary of the Commonwealth tabulated and computed by him in the manner provided by Article XIV of this act, in so far as it is applicable to primaries.
