Pennsylvania Statutes § 3064 Ballot decisions to be made by inspectors; duty of judge
Statute Text
Decisions concerning questionable marks on ballots or defacing or mutilation of ballots, and the count to be recorded thereon, shall be made in the same manner as decisions concerning the qualifications of voters, as provided in section 1212 herein.
