Pennsylvania Statutes § 3158 Copy of certified returns to be filed; copy to be forwarded to the Secretary of the Commonwealth; duplicate copies

Up to Article XIV: Returns of Primaries and Elections

Statute Text

After the certification of the returns of any primary or election, as provided by section 1404 of this act, the county board shall retain in its office one copy of the returns so certified. In the case of elections of presidential electors, United States Senators, Representatives in Congress, Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Auditor General, State Treasurer and Secretary of Internal Affairs, Judges of the Supreme Court, Judges of the Superior Court and judges of other courts of record, including associate judges, senators and representatives in the General Assembly, a separate certificate, showing totals of the returns cast for each of such offices respectively, shall also be forwarded by the county board to the Secretary of the Commonwealth on forms furnished by the Secretary of the Commonwealth.
