Pennsylvania Statutes § 3166 Presidential electors; certificates of persons elected

Up to Article XIV: Returns of Primaries and Elections

Statute Text

The Secretary of the Commonwealth, on receiving and computing the returns of the election of presidential electors, shall lay them before the Governor, who shall enumerate and ascertain the number of votes given for each person so voted for, and shall cause a certificate of election to be delivered to each person so chosen.
