Pennsylvania Statutes § 3323 Meetings of committee; quorums; adjournment

Up to Contested Nominations and Elections of the First Class

The select committee shall sit from day to day, Sundays excepted, at such hours as shall not interfere with their attendance in the Legislature, but unless nine of their number be present, the committee shall adjourn to the next day, and if the number of the committee shall unavoidably by reduced to less than nine members, and shall so continue for the space of three days, Sundays excepted, the committee shall be dissolved, and there shall be another chosen in manner aforesaid. When the two houses shall stand adjourned for more than three days, the committee may adjourn to the same time.
