Pennsylvania Statutes § 3325 Powers of committee

Up to Contested Nominations and Elections of the First Class

Statute Text

The select committee shall have power to subpoena persons and require the production of papers and records, and to compel the attendance of and examine all witnesses who may come before them, upon oath or affirmation, which the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court or clerk of the committee may administer in their presence, and to decide not only on the validity of such contested election, but also which of the candidates had the greatest number of legal votes.
