Pennsylvania Statutes § 3351 Court with two nearest president judges to have jurisdiction

Up to Contested Nominations and Elections of the Second Class

Statute Text

Cases of the second class shall be tried and determined by the court, upon petition of at least one hundred electors as hereinafter provided.
