Up to Contested Nominations and Elections of the Fourth Class

Statute Text

Contested nominations and elections of Senators and Representatives in the General Assembly of this Commonwealth and contested nominations of Representatives in Congress shall be tried and determined by the court of common pleas of the county where the person returned as such shall reside, in the following manner:
