Pennsylvania Statutes § 3510 Violation of oath of office by election officers
Statute Text
Any judge of election, inspector of election, clerk of election, or machine inspector who shall wilfully violate any of the provisions of his oath of office, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to pay a fine not exceeding one thousand ($1,000) dollars, or to undergo an imprisonment not exceeding one (1) year, or both, in the discretion of the court.
