Rhode Island Statutes § 17-7-9 Voter fraud - Posting of penalties
Statute Text
The state board of elections shall cause to be posted, in a conspicuous place at all polling locations, a poster stating that voter fraud is a felony with penalties enumerated in §§
17-23-4
and
17-26-1
and containing the statement: "You must be registered to vote from your actual place of residence."
