South Carolina Statutes § 7-13-720 Oath of voter
Statute Text
In the event the oath is not printed at the top of the poll list as provided for in Section
7-13-710
, the managers of election shall administer to each person offering to vote an oath that he is qualified to vote at this election, according to the laws and Constitution of this State, and that he has not voted during this election.
