The precinct lines defining the precincts provided in subsection (A) are as shown on the official map prepared by and on file with the Revenue and Fiscal Affairs Office designated as document P-79-15 and as shown on copies of the official map provided to the Board of Voter Registration and Elections of Richland County by the Revenue and Fiscal Affairs Office.
(C)
The polling places for the precincts provided in this section must be established by the Board of Voter Registration and Elections of Richland County subject to the approval of the majority of the Richland County Legislative Delegation.
(D)
If the Board of Voter Registration and Elections of Richland County determines that a precinct contains no suitable location for a polling place, the board, upon approval by a majority of the county's legislative delegation, may locate the polling place inside the county and within five miles of the precinct's boundaries.
